This page explains how to request account and data deletion for all mobile apps developed by Sedat Çağlar - Kurye Faliyetleri and published on Google Play.

How to request deletion
- Send an email to sedatcglr34@gmail.com with the subject "Account and Data Deletion Request".
- Include the following in your email:
- The name of the app
- The account information you use in the app (e.g. registered email address, username or phone number)
- Whether you want your entire account deleted or only specific data
- To confirm that the request comes from the account owner, we may send a verification message to your registered email address.
- After verification, the deletion is carried out and you are notified by email when it is complete.
Data that will be deleted
- Your account information (name, email address, username, phone number, etc.)
- Content you created or saved in the app
- Preferences and settings linked to your account
- Usage records associated with your account
Data stored locally on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear the app's data from your device settings.
Data retained due to legal obligations
The following data may be retained only as required by law and for the period set by the applicable legislation, and is deleted afterwards:
- Invoice and payment records (for the statutory period under tax law)
- Transaction and security logs that may be requested by authorities (for the period set by law)
- The correspondence about your deletion request (to prove the request was fulfilled)
Records of purchases made through Google Play are kept by Google and are subject to Google's own policies.
Processing time
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days at the latest after verification. Copies in backup systems are permanently deleted within 90 days at the latest as part of the normal backup cycle.
