This policy covers our website at sedatcaglar.online, the courier services we provide and the mobile apps developed by Sedat Çağlar - Kurye Faliyetleri. If an app has its own privacy policy, that policy applies first for that app, and this policy is supplementary.

Website
Our website does not use cookies, contains no analytics or advertising tools, and has no contact form. No personal data is entered on the site.
Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) may keep technical server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and access time for a limited period for security and operational purposes.
Courier services
To provide the service, we process information such as the sender's and recipient's name, phone number, pickup and delivery address, type of shipment and delivery notes. Where invoicing is required, legally mandatory invoice information is also processed.
Communication
When you contact us by phone or email, your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message are processed to respond to your request.
Mobile apps
The data collected by each app is described in detail in that app's own privacy policy. As a general principle, only data necessary for the app to work is collected, and data is never sold.
